About the project
Apartment houses include two L-shaped blocks with sections of different altitude at the main façade, following the changing levels of the local terrain. At the basement, both blocks are connected with a two-level parking. At the ground floor, both sections have non-living premises of 3.30 m high, accessible from the street.

The residential premises have pass through entrances, connecting the yard to the street. Facades are finished with ventilated cladding of variously colored ceramic granite tiles. This makes the building look contemporary and ensures durability of the facades.
