About the project (provided by the applicant) Steppe — spacious and boundless — is transformed into a multifunctional recreational space, a new public center where nature and people meet. It offers a retreat from the city’s pace, a refuge from its noise, and a chance to reconnect with living nature.
Containers placed along the perimeter serve as spaces for lectures and events, creating a protective belt and forming a boundary between the urban environment and the blooming steppe. Once inside, a person experiences a unique atmosphere: a place to learn, relax, socialize, and discover the beauty of the landscape in a new dimension.
