About the Project
The requirements for the stop were cost-effectiveness, manufacturability and ease of maintenance, anti-vandal structure, and design with typical ethnic and cultural symbols, which return people to their historical and cultural codes.
The design of the stop features traditional Mari ornament. Another important thing for the Mari are the colors chosen for the structure. The white color of the flag is a symbol of purity, kindness, bright and clean thoughts and intentions of the republic’s population. Red color symbolizes vigor, courage, and dedication. Red and white are considered the most venerated colors of the Mari and Russians.
