About the project
This individual residence in the restrained conditions of the Swan Field village in the suburbs of Volgograd is one-storey, with the area of about 600 m2. The housing volume crosses the site, dividing it into private and public zones.
It has everything needed for a comfortable living, all of the premises housed in a single volume under a dynamic roof. The house has lots of ties to the surrounding grounds, and the inner spaces are also connected. The bedrooms are raised 1.6 m above the rest of the house, which separates them from the other premises. Altogether, it may seem that the house hovers over the ground.
