The flat roof emphasizes the building's modern, minimalist style. Panoramic glazing ensures maximum natural light in the interiors. The carport is a cantilevered structure supported by thin metal pillars.
The facade finishes combine large-format gray porcelain stoneware and dark wood. Vertical wall sconces accentuate the texture of the walls.
