The building’s façade is designed in a high-tech style with a tendency toward deconstructed forms, emphasizing the aesthetics of glass and metal surfaces. Polygonal and triangular elements create a dynamic rhythm and complex visual effect, reminiscent of the waves of the Black Sea. This solution is both artistic and functional: glass panels provide natural light for the interiors, while metal sunshades protect the building from overheating.
As Sevastopol is a city of sailors and ships, the project reflects this connection. The façade resembles a sailing ship riding the waves. Polygonal elements symbolize the sea, while the glass panels evoke light reflecting off the water’s surface. The cultural center becomes a lighthouse of creativity in a sea of routine.
