About the project
This two-storeyed villa with a basement floor of about 600 m2 stands on a picturesque hill against a green landscape. The site isn’t big and yet comprises a leisure zone, a large swimming pool, and a car lot.
The architects faced the challenge of the house’s exterior renovation. They couldn’t change the elevation marks or the roof covering, but extended the existing window openings and even made some new ones.
The façade is finished with plastering, and the basement – with pebble dash, matching in color the façade. Outside window shutters protect the house from direct sunlight and don’t impair its exterior.
