Sunshine Bay

About the project (provided by the applicant)
Built upon the UAE’s picturesque Ras Al-Khaimah coastline, Sunshine Bay is a residential development that blends function and aesthetics with its silver-and-white, yacht-inspired design.
Standing 13 stories tall, each of its 240 apartments features a large, curving balcony, ensuring that all of its residential units—not just the most rearward ones—can enjoy a view of the adjacent waters. Additionally, these balconies’ curvilinear shapes form the property’s unique, rippling façade, which mimic the sails of its seabound inspiration.
Its interior and exterior areas also house multiple gardens and water features, which provide an eco-friendly solution to the UAE’s occasionally hot weather. In addition, this approach also helps Sunshine Bay meet various sustainability standards, such as Dubai’s key Estidama design initiative.
Sunshine Bay stands as a vibrant oasis in a wondrous manmade archipelago, offering luxurious amenities, eye-catching aesthetics, and world-class living spaces.
