About the project
This is a project for reconstruction of the building to make an apartment hotel of 1900 m2. The building under reconstruction is an independent historic brick building with commercial and residential two-level premises.

The purpose of the project is reconstruction of an old shabby ex-technical school to locate apartments and commercial venues.
