"My Sweetness" Chocolate Factory

A medium-capacity chocolate factory is located in the village of Kasakh, near the Yerevan–Ashtarak highway. The site covers an area of 2 hectares, distributed as follows: 0.84 hectares for the factory building, 0.5 hectares for landscaping, 0.15 hectares for a 52-car parking lot, 0.06 hectares for auxiliary structures, and the remaining area allocated for driveways and circulation.

The building comprises two stories. First Floor: Accommodates the main production workshop, locker rooms with showers for 250 female and 120 male employees, a cafeteria with a kitchen, a brand retail store with an attached storage room, and dedicated raw material and finished goods warehouses. Production zones are strictly segregated in compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements.

Second Floor: Houses administrative facilities, including general management, the technological department, accounting and finance, production management, marketing and sales, and a conference hall.

Architecturally, the facades feature structural glass curtain walls combined with white plaster finishes. The roofscape evokes the imagery of chocolate bars and melting chocolate, while the eastern facade is accented with rhythmic pergolas. The structural system utilizes a monolithic reinforced concrete frame comprising columns, crossbars, and trusses.
