T-Technologies Group (the parent company of T-Bank) has opened a new office for its flagship IT hub in St. Petersburg. It is a modern, flexible, and inspiring space that combines high-tech solutions, social infrastructure, and a creative atmosphere that fosters team development and attracts top talent.

The "city within a city" concept serves as the foundation of the project, seamlessly blending functionality and comfort. This is further enhanced by the "Gardens and Parks of St. Petersburg" and "Street Art" themes. The 10-story office spans 30,000 square meters. The building blends into the city's classic architectural style and features a traditional courtyard (dvor-kolodets) with its own dedicated grounds. Designed to accommodate 2,500 employees, most workspaces are hot-desks. The work areas are organized as open-plan spaces for teams of 12 to 30 people.

A key priority of the project was to preserve the spirit of St. Petersburg alongside the company's unique culture. For informal communication and learning, the office features unique spaces including co-working areas, a lecture hall, as well as educational, sports, and gaming zones.
