"Tabula" furniture factory

"Tabula" is a furniture factory located in the Ryazan Technopark. The terrain is flat, with a 2-meter elevation drop. All buildings are single-story, except for the two-story office section. The column grid is 12×12 meters. The design features sharp angles, with facades made of sandwich panels and cladding shells, and roof floors supported by trusses.

The raw material warehouse receives incoming supplies, followed by the drying workshop and the dry warehouse, which includes zones for finished products and imported materials. From the dry warehouse, materials move to the main building for cutting, assembly, processing, painting, varnishing, and upholstery. The main building also houses the office and an exhibition center with a separate entrance for clients.

The site accommodates a cafeteria, parking for passenger cars and trucks, a security checkpoint, a fire lane, and a transformer substation. The facility is designed for 300 employees (mostly men) working day shifts. Logistics between workshops are handled by forklifts, while product delivery is managed via long-haul transport.
