Takshila Residence
Nomination
Best Implemented Apartment / Private House Interior Design Project
About the project
The design resounds the client’s values and interests in modern art and culture. Originality and works of masters punctuate the space as a mark of respect culminating into an inspiring space with fundamental and basic materials that house the coveted artworks and design pieces.
A grey enclosure has been created to ensure that art could become the showstopper. Neutral grey concrete walls represent timelessness and longevity and serve as beautiful backdrops. The same aesthetic is continued on the flooring and ceilings alike. White has been used carefully to accommodate colors and make the space effortlessly elegant and clean. Lastly, browns accents have been employed to give the space an earthy mood.
