Multifunctional residential complex

Category: Best Project of Residential or Mixed-Use Estate

The multifunctional complex consists of 4-, 10- and 17-storey buildings; the configuration of the allocated plot is trapezoidal in shape. Block 1A: business centre (floors 1–10), restaurant (floor 1). Block 1B: sales office (floor 4). Block 2: office premises (floors 1–7), fitness centre (floor 8), residential apartments (floors 9–17). Block 3: kindergarten (floors 1–2), non-residential premises (floor 1), residential apartments (floors 2–17).

About the Applicant

Perfect Design Arh LLC has been engaged in architectural and design activities since 2005. The founder of the company is architect Dilnoza Ahmad. Over the years, the company has developed over 300 architectural and design solutions in Uzbekistan, including public, commercial, and residential facilities. Many of the developed projects have been successfully implemented.
