The construction site is located near a busy highway. The building is two-storey, 20 by 30 m in plan.
The ground floor houses a room for 130 people and the kitchen area. In the 1st floor, there is a room seating 70 visitors, which can also be used as a festival hall. Two big terraces that outlook the green zone can be used during warm seasons, and they can also be used to protect the interiors from summer heat.
There is also a small stage for outdoor concerts.
