From the beginning of the design, Tayeb residential building was looking for a different and special design in its area according to the client's request.
After conducting investigations and visiting prominent projects in the region, we came to the conclusion that we can have a different look at brick as the main material of the project.
Therefore, we divided the floors into different levels and placed three brick frames in it; And by looking at the design, we came to the conclusion that each of the frames can define an important space in the project.
The first frame defines the input and seeks to index it.
The second frame defines the public spaces in the project and the views that are there for the user
And the third frame defines the importance of dreams and their natural lighting that provides a suitable environment for life.
