About the project (provided by the applicant) The shopping center building is designed to resemble a forest, creating a harmonious unity with nature. The first floor is made entirely of glass, providing maximum transparency and a seamless visual connection between the interior and the surrounding environment. Glass walls at this level are pierced by columns that resemble tree trunks, evoking the feeling of walking through a forest even inside the building.
Above the first floor, a structural mass “grows,” shaped like tree canopies. This upper level imitates branching foliage, creating the effect of a lush, overhanging forest crown. Such architecture not only distinguishes the building aesthetically but also emphasizes its ecological focus and aspiration for harmony with nature.
