Temple-inspired architecture in the lobby interior of the "MIR" club residence

The team at Oleg Klodt Architecture & Design was tasked with creating an interior for the "MIR" club residence lobby based on a unified design code, where every architectural detail echoes the building's facade and the surrounding landscape.

Rounded vaulted arches, light-colored columns, brass trim details, and textured wall panels all mirror the sacred architecture of the Theodore Icon Cathedral, which is visible right from the main entrance. The lobbies are adorned with works by the renowned artist Andrey Remnev, whose unique and recognizable style perfectly complements the Neo-Russian character of the "MIR" house. Wood compositions by Zlata Kornilova capture the mood of Saint Petersburg, reflecting the connection of generations through the lens of sculpture. The lobby's art space seamlessly blends past and present, combining the contemporary with a deep sense of identity.
