By choosing shipping containers as the basic module for designing the studio we take advantage of their durability, modularity, eco-friendly aspects, and quick implementation to provide various spatial compositions. The Design Studio including offices, meeting rooms, the café, the amphitheater, and a multi-purpose space are the main part. The relaxing space designed on the roof refreshes designers. To access the roof, ramps are created as the result of angular placement of the shipping containers. The space under these sloped containers shapes the amphitheater. The amphitheater glasses are intended to be openable which enables it to integrate with its surrounding area where the café is overlooking it. The roof, open-air amphitheater, and the café welcome people to share and create a synergy of ideas. The flexible design of interior layouts provides the possibility of different layouts, and the combination of containers with glass creates interactions between spaces.
