Project
The Eco House

Nomination
Best Project of Private Residence

About the project
“Coexistence with nature, as it was meant to be.”
The Eco House rejoins man with nature and nature with man. Nestled within the natural forest atop a flowing river, the Eco House stimulates the senses. Waking up to birds chirping, drinking coffee with the smell of fresh morning dew, and unfathomably beautiful views of nature seen from any space in the home. The dynamic panoramic views change day-to-day and hour-by hour-as the ever-changing seasons occur and the wandering wildlife meander around the site. Chital deer, black bear, and waterfowl, are just to name a few of the species found near the site. The house is designed around the client, a biologist and nature enthusiast who studies plants and animals for a living. The client chose this unique and challenging site with the dream of living their life to the fullest.
