Project
The mixture of culture and traditions in architecture
Category
Best Architectural Design for Museum
About the project
This museum project was designed for the city of London, England. A feature of this project are traditional Uzbek columns and cornices. Also in this project, Greek frames and round shapes for windows are used. Taking into account the climatic features of this region, large round windows were used so that the inside of the Museum would have enough light and could save on energy. The idea of this project was to combine two different cultures such as the architecture of Uzbekistan. This museum will include all traditional clothes, column designs linked with Uzbek Architecture and armors that Uzbek soldiers used from 15th to 20th century.
