The project explores the boundary between the human-made and the natural, treating architecture as an organic extension of the landscape. The main volume is integrated into a natural hollow with a 4-metre height difference. Instead of conventional terracing, the concept of a “bridge house” is applied, delicately connecting two hills.
Precise 3D scanning of the site became a tool for contextual design: the digital terrain model made it possible to preserve 90% of the trees. The symbol of this integration is a cantilevered concrete terrace with an opening through which a century-old pine tree grows, a solution that physically brings nature into the architectural volume.
The three-level layout is strictly shaped by the topography. The basement level with a spa area opens onto the lower part of the site. The first level forms the public core, while the parking area is integrated beneath the cantilever of the upper floor. The third level is dedicated to the private zone. Panoramic glazing, carefully aligned with key view axes, visually blurs the boundaries and dissolves the interior into the forest surroundings.
