Bordered by a forest, the Sabirov family residence is situated in a picturesque location, which inspired the design of the house. The open plan kitchen features large stained-glass windows and leads onto a terrace, blending the indoors with the surrounding nature. The layout of the house is clearly divided into functional zones. The ground floor's open plan kitchen serves as the main gathering space, uniting the entire home. The first floor houses the master bedroom, children’s rooms, and an office – a quiet, secluded area offering privacy away from the public spaces.
The ground floor also contains the technical zone, which includes utility rooms, a sauna, and a swimming pool with direct access to the terrace. The facades are clad in terracotta-colored metal panels with a click-lock system. The consistent use of material and color delicately integrates the residence into its natural surroundings.
