Our Project for The Gate to the tourist area of Soffeh Mountain in Isfahan province is a proposal that highlights the relationship between the city and nature through integration of landscape design elements such as plants and water with the architecture of a gate that is not just functioning as a threshold, The gate that is a spatial entity that embraces the surrounding nature and aims to provoke and heighten a sense of place right in the beginning of a journey to the area. The project brief proposes a vertical landmark that increases the legibility of the gate and makes it more memorable.
