About the project
The design site is located within Novo-Admiralteysky Island. Having many spectacular and enlightening venues in the neighborhood, the new facility will contribute to establishment of an extensive contemporary cultural cluster here.
Today, the island comprises the Admiralty dockyard, one of Russia’s oldest shipbuilding works. and the projects provides for their rearrangement for the new campus. The island will become a pedestrian site with a major pedestrian alley, connecting the main buildings. In the end of the alley, there will be a training theater, laconic and integral, with two auditoriums. In case of large events, these can be connected into a joint site.
