90 sq. m. apartment in the "Titul na Serebryanicheskoy" residential complex overlooks the embankment and the Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Building.
The apartment features an irregular layout with a sharp corner. Had the brief required a standard two-to-three-room configuration, the floor plan could be considered impractical. However, since we designed this space for ourselves and use it as a pied-à-terre rather than a permanent residence, we immediately opted for an open-plan concept.
The corner section of the building is oriented in such a way that all nine windows face the embankment, uniting them within a single spatial volume overlooking Serebryanicheskaya Embankment. The windows command views of the Yauza River, the Library for Foreign Literature, and the Btashev Estate, while the outermost windows offer a glimpse of the Kotelnicheskaya Embankment skyscraper.
