About the project
The task was to create a new space that would combine an apartment house, a hotel, and some commercial premises. The architects managed to fit in the building into the surrounding area perfectly.
The estate consists of 3 buildings, 2 of them occupied by apartments, and the 3rd one intended for commercial needs. The visual feature of the estate is its large accessible terraces with abundant vegetation that creates the cascading forest effect.
There’s a two-level parking lot for 192 cars. Independent levels are designed for the apartment residents and their guests, which creates additional convenience.
