Tough Love Roastery explores the tension between rawness and warmth, translating the brand’s bold identity into a distinctive spatial experience. Conceived as both a working roastery and a gathering place for coffee culture, the project brings production, ritual, learning, and human interaction together within a raw architectural language. Concrete and steel establish an industrial backdrop defined by weight, texture, and imperfection, while warm lighting and carefully positioned seating introduce contrast and human scale. The design blurs the boundary between production and experience, making roasting part of the spatial narrative. Through the interplay of materiality, function, and human experience, the craft of coffee becomes an architectural expression of the brand.
