The film studio stands a good chance of becoming an essential intellectual landmark of the city but also a cool public venue with a unique appearance and functionality. As a town in the tobacco box from described by Odoevsky in his fairy tale, this place is intimate and vivid, full of live and surrounded with a mechanism of production rooms. The studio facades are tall walls with almost no windows. The square where the building stands comprises a gallery, cafes, and recreation spaces.
