A project of a contemporary private residence — a fusion of minimalistic design and high technologies for comfortable living. This proposal offers the best possible harmony with the nature with all the advantages of living in a city preserved.
The exterior of the house features austere geometric shapes and contrasting finishing materials. Designed in compliance with energy efficiency guidelines, the house gets enough natural light through panoramic windows, which also establish a connection with the environment.
At night, the facade changes like a charm thanks to designer lighting.
