About the project
First of all, the architects made a historical research and learnt that there used to be a development at Peterburgskaya Street in Kazan that shaped the local square. The project includes erection of new commercial premises, recovering dense development in the district and make the urban environment more comfortable. The new buildings will resemble the ones that used to be here before.
Sophisticated facade solutions will have several visual scenarios, attracting people during the day and showcasing silhouettes of the old buildings at night.
