The project for the visitor center and eco-hotel in Troitskoye Lake Park (Kasimov) is a synthesis of the natural landscape and cultural code. The concept is based on biophilic design and careful integration into the environment. The building's volume is broken down into zones, while terracotta tile and glass facades reflect the water surface and forest.
The interior space combines a visitor hub featuring an exhibition on the history of Kasimov with hotel rooms offering panoramic views. The architecture reimagines the traditions of Tatar and Russian architecture through the prism of modern classics, avoiding direct quotation.
The project resonates with the competition's philosophy: a humanistic environment where humans coexist harmoniously with nature. The complex becomes a growth point for ecotourism, preserving the fragile balance of a unique ecosystem while offering guests an aesthetic and spiritual unity with the location.
