About the project
The project complies with all the principles of sustainability to create a harmonious and eco-friendly environment. It provides for integration of plants into the floors, harvesting of rainwater and solar energy, and use of sustainable materials in the building.
The building has 36 floors, each 4 meters tall, and incorporates three main volumes: two high-rise and one triangular. There is a minor gradual visual shift going through the floors, and they look as if increasing in size. The interior design also conforms to the concept of the building.
