About the project
The silhouette of this development keeps up with altitude features of modern buildings, and yet provides space for visual perception of this facility, dividing the building into two blocks. One of the blocks steps aside from the street, giving place to a public garden. Another block completes the composition, standing with its gable façade towards the street.

Starting with the second floor, the above-the-ground part of the residential building is divided into two towers. The blocks are connected at the first-floor-level with a glazed fitness center. Above the fitness center, there is an open green terrace.

The development comprises 293 apartments and an automatic underground parking for 235 cars.
