About the project (provided by the applicant)
Villa of Two Brothers was designed for two closely bonded brothers, offering both shared and private spaces. The project consists of two separate blocks, oriented north and south, connected by a central pool. The eastern yard serves as a communal area for family gatherings, while the pool acts as the social hub between the two blocks on the second floor. The northern block has three floors, and the southern block has two, with the design ensuring that the larger block does not overshadow the smaller one. Both blocks appear equal from the main pathway, forming a unified and symmetrical structure. The design is inspired by the archetypal house and integrates local architectural features such as sloped roofs. Villa of Two Brothers revives the eastern tradition of family living while addressing modern needs for privacy, balance, and high-quality spaces that harmonize with nature. It emphasizes the importance of deep family connections and peaceful coexistence.
