Two-level residence
In the completed 194 sq m apartment project at Leontievsky Mys Residential Complex, the volume of space became the main design tool. Originally a single-level apartment, its existing ceiling height allowed us to create a second level while preserving a sense of light and airiness. The centerpiece of the project is a double-height living room combined with the kitchen and dining area into a single space. The staircase is concealed within the fireplace volume, a full-height mirror enhances the sense of depth, while technical elements are integrated into the interior architecture and remain virtually invisible.
