About the project
The two-storey apartment is located in the historical centre of Nizhny Novgorod in a residential building built in 1996. The apartment was completely refurbished receiving a new floorplan, new brick partitions, full soundproofing, new stained-glass windows, insulated external walls, and a concrete staircase, which replaced the wooden one.
The owners can now enjoy a modern minimalist interior. The apartment consists of three bedrooms with bathrooms and walk-in closets, a large kitchen and a living room. Gray shades of different wall plasters, soft light, natural textiles, parquet, paintings, ceramics and wooden sculptures create the ambiance of amazing tranquility.
