U-apart is a property management company based in St. Petersburg, which is focused on transparency and building trusting relationships with property owners and clients.
The primary goal of the project was to create a cozy, home office-style space designed for both work and meetings with clients. This environment combines comfort and openness with practical, stylish solutions that enhance the space's functionality.
The office is divided into two major areas: a back office for employees and a front office designed as a meeting room for client appointments. The back office is fully equipped for five employees, featuring personal desks, a lunchroom with coffee and water available, and a bathroom with a shower. Custom plywood desks, designed by the bureau’s architects, cater to the users' needs while minimizing visual clutter, such as exposed wires.
