The house became a reflection of an integrated approach to private architecture, where functionality, privacy, and visual integrity are built into a single logic.
The house has a U-shaped form. The common area with a double-height ceiling is located in the center, while a private block with bedrooms and a full-scale SPA zone are attached at the sides. One of the conceptual centers became the enclosed inner courtyard. Here, the leading role is played by an infinity pool with a glass edge, creating an "anti-gravity water" effect.
We used a single material for the flooring inside the house, on the terrace, and in the pool, which visually unified the interior and exterior. The exterior finish utilizes textured ceramic panels in combination with composite metal elements and wood-look HPL panels. The area is 360 sq. m.

F O R M A is an architectural studio specializing in the design of A-class private houses, public spaces, and premium-level interiors. Our practice includes individual residential houses, low-rise public buildings, interiors of any complexity, small architectural forms, and landscaping. We also work internationally: our foreign projects include private houses and interiors in Thailand, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, and Belarus.
