About the project
Beautification is being designed for the embankment of the Belaya (White) River in the city of Ufa.
The name of the project – the White Embankment – doesn’t just refer to the name of the river. For a long time, Ufa has been known as “white city on the mountain,” as governmental buildings on the Southern slope shoulder are finished with white stone slabs.
The planned territory will feature 8 main areas: for family leisure, for active leisure, for festivals and fairs, for sports and child entertainment, an art promenade, a universal zone and an ethnographic zone.
