This project is not about replacing the old with the new, but rather about organically enriching the fabric of the legendary Uralmash.

The bureau shapes a modern "cityscape": four high-rise towers merge into a single dynamic composition as one moves around the block. Through specific architectural techniques and intricate facade crowns, the buildings achieve a lighter, sleeker appearance while maximizing natural light in the apartments.

The complex's multifunctional model combines residential space and developed infrastructure into a unified organism. At its base lies a substantial podium—an infrastructural anchor housing a fitness center, commercial gallery, and retail spaces. The project offers a wide variety of layouts, ranging from functional apartments to prestige units with top-floor terraces.
