About the project
The former Tube Plant in St. Petersburg has long been a thorn in the city’s side. The locals say they’d love to have some new leisure and recreation site there. Readjustment of this facility will help to retain cultural landmarks and provide the city with a new attraction. Altogether, this will contribute to creation of a modern cultural environ at the Vasilievsky Island thanks to the new multifunctional site.
Rearrangement of the former Tube Plant into a multifunctional youth center is a complex and comprehensive project that is capable of ensuring green architecture and sustainable development, as well as of granting the city opportunities for economical, ecological, and social evolution.
