About the project (provided by the applicant)
The building is designed as a research center for developing effective urban greening methods and breeding plants with high decorative qualities for urban spaces. Experimental areas recreate fragments of the urban environment with various types of greenery, including specialized solutions for green roofs.
All experimental greening zones are accessible to the public. Roofs and terraces are transformed into a public garden, creating a new attraction point and visually demonstrating the harmonious interaction between urbanized spaces and natural elements.
