Urban Winery

Urban Winery is the first modern, full-cycle urban winery located in the heart of Moscow on Spartakovskaya Street, cleverly integrated into an 18th-century federal cultural heritage site—the Savin-Zakrevsky Estate. The core concept of an urban winery involves producing small-batch wines directly in the city without owning vineyards, partnering with diverse growers and winemakers to showcase the rich wine culture of Southern Russia through a fresh perspective. Its setting within a historic manor inspired the image of a winemaker's home, featuring a grand living room, craft workshop, aging cellars, and terraces—all reflected across distinct interior zones and atmospheres.

The entire ground floor of the mansion is occupied by an elegant restaurant spanning four halls with an open kitchen, leading into a radio booth, a balcony, and a hidden door. Below, in the basement framed by four-meter brick vaulted ceilings, lie a wine pub and production facilities. An adjacent extension houses a dedicated bottle shop with its own cellar, while all-season and summer terraces occupy the courtyard.
