About the project
The building has one floor and V-shaped seam roofing, plus a cold ventilated attic.
Walls are made of halved timber, the thermal envelope is 171 m2. The area of the deck and porches is 110 m2.
The manor is divided into three zones: a private one (bedrooms), an auxiliary one (a plant room, toilet facilities, wardrobes), and a public one (a kitchen-diner, a living room, a fireplace).
