About the project
The project provides for restoration of the federal cultural heritage listed building “Vavelberg’s Banking House” and its rearrangement into a 5-star hotel. In particular, it is planned to dismount all the Soviet-time structures and restore few remaining interiors.
At the ground floor where the historical appearance hasn’t survived, a reception zone and a haute cuisine restaurant are designed. The great hall (former Operations Hall of the Bank) will be rearranged into a concert and exhibition space with state-of-the-art equipment. At the first to fourth floors hotel suites will be located.
