About the project
The 336.5 sq.m house boasts a unique design with its modern-style interiors and exterior finished with natural materials. It’s a comfortable space that embodies the values of the owners.
The big panoramic windows let in lots of natural light, which facilitates a subtle connection between the outdoor and indoor spaces. The color scheme is based on gray and warm beige with a yellowish tinge. The floor is light wood and beige tiles. The interiors feature a plethora of bright unusual accessories. The light fixtures are scattered on the ceiling to form somewhat of small constellations. The interior design is fully consistent with the exterior and conveys the image of a sailboat (velum in Latin means «sail»).
