Category Best Implemented Project of Residential Estate
About the project The development embraces 2 blocks of different height on the same stylobate. The higher block is integrated into the existing facades along the 10th Sovietskaya Street, whereas the lower one looks into the courtyard. The architectural appearance of the development features typical austere color palette and shapes of St. Petersburg. Smooth oriel windows, rhythmic horizontal cornices, ornamental inserts and expressive texture of wavy fiber concrete panels are just few of the artistic tools the author used to make this place look presentable and modern.
