Multifunctional Residential Complex in the Waters of Verkh-Isetsky Pond (Russia)

Project
Multifunctional Residential Complex in the Waters of Verkh-Isetsky Pond

Best Student Project of Building or Facility

About the project (provided by the applicant)
The proposed project is located at the intersection of Tatishcheva Street and Semyon Lagoda Street. The complex has variable heights and consists of three apartment blocks, each with distinct layout solutions. From the north-facing windows, there is a stunning view of the Verkh-Isetsky Pond embankment.

The complex is built on a stylobate that harmoniously combines parking functionality with comfortable public spaces, including cozy cafés, shops, museums, and pick-up points. In addition to the enclosed courtyard, a rooftop garden on the second floor of the stylobate offers extensive recreation areas, modern gyms, and safe playgrounds. Open viewing terraces and glazed verandas provide a unique opportunity to enjoy panoramic views and the surrounding natural beauty.

This complex is an ideal combination of aesthetics, comfort, and functionality, creating a cozy environment for living and leisure.
