The 10-storey VIDI apartment hotel is the flagship project by Fizika Development at the Neva River built in less than 2 years. It houses 364 suites of three categories with full finish, an office floor, an underground parking, a lobby atrium, a bar, a restaurant, a co-working, a fitness center, and an art gallery of Mikhail Shemyakin.
Only in 2023, the project won 5 federal and regional competitions. In particular, it was recognized by the Best Apartment Hotel Project in St. Petersburg. Surrounded with historic landmarks, it is also located near the main roads that can take you to literally any downtown location.
